YaadMatch is for Jamaican adults looking for real, respectful connections. These rules apply to profiles, photos, prompts, chats, voice messages, Flirt Mode, Pop the Balloon, Vibe Reveal, and every other member interaction. They apply whether conduct happens in the app or moves off the app after a match.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 and no older than 55 to create an account. Never post, request, sexualize, or share content involving a minor. Child sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitation are prohibited with zero tolerance. See our Child Safety Standards.
Be real
- Use your own identity, age, and current photos. Do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not create duplicate accounts to evade a block, ban, report, verification decision, or account deletion.
- Verification badges must be earned through YaadMatch. Never claim a badge, identity check, or safety guarantee you do not have.
Respect consent and boundaries
- No harassment, stalking, threats, coercion, intimidation, humiliation, or repeated unwanted contact.
- No hate speech or attacks based on race, colour, nationality, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or another protected characteristic.
- No unsolicited explicit sexual messages, nudity, sexual acts, or pressure to move a conversation into sexual activity.
- Flirt Mode is mutual opt-in, not permission to ignore consent or these rules.
No exploitation, solicitation, or scams
- No prostitution, escort solicitation, trafficking, sexual services, sugar arrangements, or commercial sexual activity.
- Never ask for money, gift cards, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, passwords, one-time codes, or financial details.
- No investment schemes, fake emergencies, romance scams, recruitment funnels, spam, or misleading promotions.
- Do not post another person’s private contact details, intimate media, address, workplace, or identifying information without permission.
Profile and media standards
- Photos must clearly represent you and must not contain nudity, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, hate symbols, illegal activity, or another person presented as you.
- Profile text must not contain threats, sexual solicitation, hate, scams, payment requests, or attempts to evade safety review.
- New photos remain private until approved. Some profile text may be held for human review before publication.
Reporting and enforcement
Report a profile, chat, or voice message from inside the app and block the member when you want contact to stop immediately. Reports are not shown to the reported member. Our safety team may remove content, restrict features, require verification, suspend or permanently ban accounts, preserve evidence needed for safety or law, and report apparent child exploitation or credible threats to the appropriate authorities.
Decisions consider severity, context, prior conduct, and risk. Egregious conduct can result in immediate permanent removal. To question a moderation decision, email support@yaadmatch.comfrom the address associated with your account.
Stay safe when meeting
Verification reduces some fake-profile risk but is not a background check or guarantee. Meet in public, arrange your own transport, tell someone you trust, protect your financial information, and use YaadSafe as an optional check-in companion. YaadMatch is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if you are in danger.
