By creating a YaadMatch account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must accept the current version of these Terms to register.
Eligibility — 18+ only
YaadMatch is only for people 18 years or older. By using it you confirm you are at least 18. We remove accounts we believe belong to anyone under 18. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) with zero tolerance — see our Child Safety Standards.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information. One account per person; impersonation is not allowed.
User-generated content
You are responsible for everything you post — photos, bio, prompts, text and voice messages, and the selfie (and any government ID) you submit for verification. You keep ownership of your content and grant YaadMatch a limited licence to host and display it to operate the service. Do not post content that is illegal, that you do not have the rights to, or that impersonates someone else.
Community Standards — no harassment, scams, or solicitation
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, bully, or direct hate speech at any member;
- run scams, request money, or solicit financial or account details;
- pressure people off-platform to defraud or harm them;
- advertise, sell, or solicit commercial services or sex work;
- post another person's private information;
- create fake or duplicate profiles, or use bots/automation;
- post, request, or share any sexual content involving a minor, or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is banned with zero tolerance and is reported and removed.
Our systems may show a safety warning in risky chats (for example, money requests). These warnings are guidance, not a guarantee.
Reporting and blocking
You can report or block any member from their profile or a chat. Reports go to our safety team. Blocking hides you from each other. We may act on reports at our discretion.
Moderation rights
We may review content and conversations where a report or automated safety flag is involved, and we may remove content, limit features, suspend, or ban accounts that break these Terms or endanger the community. We make the final call on our platform.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
YaadMatch Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing:
- Your Apple ID or Google Play account is charged when you confirm.
- It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Premium unlocks digital features: see who likes you, unlimited likes, 3 Super Likes a day, undo your last pass, read receipts in chat, unlimited Pop the Balloon rounds, unlimited Vibe rounds with premium Vibe decks, advanced match filters, and Travel Mode.
Only the Monthly and 3-month Premium plans are offered. There is no weekly plan, and Premium does not include profile boosts. Distance filtering, the verified-only safety filter, and reporting and blocking are free for everyone.
Refunds
Because billing is handled by Apple and Google, refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies. Request refunds through the App Store or Google Play. We generally cannot issue store refunds directly.
No external payment for digital features
Digital features inside the app are purchased only via Apple/Google. Never send money, gift cards, bank transfers, or payment-app transfers to another member — doing so is against these Terms and a common scam pattern.
Identity verification
A Verified Realbadge means a reviewer confirmed a live, guided selfie challenge against the member's profile photos. The optional ID Checked badge means a reviewer also compared a government ID by hand. These are identity checks only — not background checks, and not a promise that any member is safe, honest, or trustworthy. Always use your own judgment when talking to or meeting anyone. Submitting a forged, altered, borrowed, or stolen ID or selfie, or otherwise faking verification, is a breach of these Terms and can end your account.
Safety disclaimer
YaadMatch provides safety tools (verification, reporting, blocking, scam warnings, and YaadSafe Date Mode) but cannot guarantee your safety. You are responsible for your own decisions when meeting people. YaadSafe Date Mode is a user-controlled check-in companion — it is not an emergency service and does not contact police. You may add one persistent trusted contact and, once they accept your invitation, opt in to an automatic text alert on a missed check-in; that automatic delivery is a new capability rolled out gradually and is not available to every member yet, and YaadMatch never tells you an alert was sent when it was not. Outside that explicit opt-in, YaadSafe does not automatically message or call anyone. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services directly.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or ban accounts that break these Terms, harm others, or create legal or safety risk. You can delete your account anytime in Settings, or request deletion without the app on our Delete Account page. Some records may be retained for safety and legal reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, YaadMatch is not liable for the conduct of any member or for interactions that occur off-platform.
